Senior Documents and Ticketing Officer

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ticketing and transfers, documentation and administration, customer service and staff training.

Your role will include:
• Support and guidance for employees
• Investigation and follow up of discrepancies and outstanding payments
• Correspondence and follow up with agents and airlines
• Reconciliation and processing of payments
• Checking bookings and ticket requests to ensure correct
• Transfer requests via ground operators
• Transmitting BSP data
• Transaction entry and document preparation

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two year's experience in a travel sales and administration environment. You will be organised with attention to detail, professional with good communication skills and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Above all you will have a commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to work with a team.

Accounts Officer

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for accounts receivable, banking, accounts payable support, administration and customer support.

Your role will include:
• Full function accounts receivable
• Daily banking and reconciliations
• Follow up of outstanding transactions
• Preparation of reports and statistics
• Support to accounts payable
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Administration duties

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar role, knowledge of the travel industry is preferred but not essential.
